Event Registration
By registering for the Business of Aesthetics Fest you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full fee is required when you register to secure your place, pay online by credit/debit card through PayPal. Please call 0141 638 4098/079 6656 1474 if there is difficulty paying through this method.
When we receive your booking form or registration information over the phone, we take this as a confirmed booking.
All cancellations must be received in writing to carolyn@inspiredcosmetictraining.com. All cancellations will be acknowledged.
Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once you have registered, regardless whether the delegate attends or not.
All delegates will receive confirmation of their booking and further information to their registration email address, please check junk mail if you do not see it. If you have not heard from us 3 days before the conference please email: carolyn@ inspiredcosmetictraining.com
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and or social media and your continued participation in the conference indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Due to circumstances out of our control, we reserve the right to change venue, speakers ,programme and dates in the event of an emergency arising. Due to this, we encourage you not to book any travel arrangements until, at most, a few days before the event date. We are not responsible for paying or reimbursing any costs related to course changes or cancellation.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Any behaviour that is deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the conference.
Media Release
By attending the conference, you grant the Business of Aesthetics Fest the right to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purpose unless you opt out please see details above.
